The Donation Process
Complete the Tax Credit application form
To submit a Tax Credit, you have a couple of choices:
- You can use our easy to use, 1-Step Online Process, and submit the form online, OR
- you can fill up the paper form by downloading it and then sending it to us via email at paperforms@visionsso.org
When Vision SSO receives your donation form, we will process the form and we will submit the form on your behalf to the Georgia Department of Revenue (GADOR).
Once GADOR receives, processes and approves your request, they will send you an Approval Letter in the mail. GADOR also sends Vision SSO a copy of the Approval Letter. Please keep your copy of the Approval Letter for your records.
Mail your donation
After you have received your Approval Letter, you have 60 days from the date of approval, to send us the donation payment. You can send us the donation payment by writing a check payable to Vision SSO Inc., and by mailing it to the following address:
